Everett police booked nine people between Monday, October 19 and Sunday, October 25, according to the department’s weekly arrest log. Six of the nine gave Everett addresses, the highest share of any week this month. Saturday, October 24 accounted for three arrests on its own, all involving disorderly conduct, and one of them an assault on a police officer.

Saturday night

  • Kevin Osvaldo Martinez Garcia, 22, of 139 Pearl Street, Somerville, was arrested on October 24 and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest (case 979617).
  • Philip R. Debay, 29, of 76 Fowler Avenue, Revere, was arrested the same night and charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing (case 979618).
  • Robert Jermaine Wilkins, 29, of 51 Bushnell Street, Dorchester, was arrested the same night and charged with disorderly conduct (case 979629).

The log does not say whether the three arrests came from the same incident; the consecutive case numbers suggest the calls came in close together.

Dangerous weapon and property damage

The week in numbers

Nine arrests, six men and three women, ages 22 to 41. Three were on warrants only. October’s three published weekly logs now total 25 arrests: nine, seven and nine. Three of the 25 were for operating under the influence, and 11 involved at least one outstanding warrant.

Entries are taken from the Everett Police Department’s weekly arrest log, a public record posted at everettpolicema.com. An arrest is an accusation. Every person listed is presumed innocent unless and until convicted in court. Charges are listed as the department recorded them; some entries were truncated in the original log. People who believe their entry is in error may contact the newsroom for a correction.
