The first residents have moved into Juniper, a 416-apartment building at 201 Mill Road in the Everett Triangle, Greystar announced last week. It is the fifth and final building in the developer’s Everett portfolio, which Greystar puts at $880 million and 1,905 apartments.
“We are excited to welcome Juniper’s first residents as we celebrate this important milestone for our Everett portfolio,” said Ryan Souls, Greystar’s managing director of development.
What is in it
Juniper has studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with in-unit washers and dryers, quartz counters and built-in pantry storage. The company lists more than 15,000 square feet of indoor amenity space and nearly an acre of green space: a pool with grills and fire pits in private courtyards, a fitness suite, a pet spa, a dog park, a pickleball court, a bocce court, a nine-hole mini golf course and a community garden. Two murals by artist Mary Lacy are inside, with an exterior mural planned for summer 2027. Listings are at juniperevt.com.
Greystar did not say how many of the 416 units are income-restricted or what rents start at. Everett MA News has asked the company for both figures.
The five buildings
- Mason, 330 units, opened 2023.
- Anthem Everett, 450 units, delivered summer 2024.
- Maxwell, first move-ins December 2024.
- Jade, first residents June 2025.
- Juniper, 416 units, now leasing.
Together the five add 6,500 square feet of retail, new parks and pedestrian connections in the Triangle, the former industrial district between Revere Beach Parkway and the Chelsea line. The Chelsea MBTA station, with commuter rail and Silver Line service to North Station, South Station and the Seaport, is half a mile away.
